Still Having Download Problems?
In the recent weeks more and more people downloading from places mostly outside the US have been mentioning (some have also been complaining :) problems with their downloaded files not being complete or looping after all kinds of times within the hour.The server has been really hit hard in the recent weeks. It seems more people are hearing about the show and I'm right now serving roughly 2,2 TB of data in form of 50.000 downloads a month only to podcast subscribers and another est. 30.000 direct downloads from this site. In order to maintain the server resources necessary I am right now paying an average of us$160,- / month out of my own pocket.

I did change something in the settings today and am hoping it improves the problems a little bit but in case it doesn't, I would like you to comment on this post describing your particular situation, so I can figure out what else could be wrong.

{xtypo_alert}If you do try to download again, please make sure you empty your browser cache, close out of the browser and restart before attempting to download again. Otherwise the incomplete download will stop at the exact time!
I also suggest to download only one file at a time and meanwhile try to use your internet connection as little as possible if your connection is slow to begin with.
To avoid any problems with the first hour, you should subscribe to the podcast. It downloads without any problems!
