i would not say that there is one specific way i go about it. i more seem to follow a path. there are certain labels and artists and i will always want to hear what is coming. then there are random findings that i find on that search.
i actually find a lot of amazing stuff on myspace, but a lot of it is not available yet. i have to keep a running list of things to keep an eye out for at the shops when they do finally make it down the pipeline. and having gone more digital, it is odd to not have label art to look at. the way i find music has definitely changed.
i would like to see more blogs like the one you mention. i have not seen many. it might even be fun to do a blog like that, with spotlights of tracks both new and classic. (can't you see i just need yet another project? hah!)
