Hey Lars, I will probably make Topdoggy (from our #256 discussion) upset but I have already downloaded the 1st and 2nd hours from show 256 plus the Podcast. That's just to rub it in a little bit. I wish I knew how to help him. However, I noticed you said something about torrents. What are torrents?

Ok back to show 256. I am finishing up the 1st hour. I must say the Miscommunicate (Yass Dub Mix) and especially the Changes (83 West Vocal Rmx) is soooo good I can't get to the end of the 1st hour because I keep rewinding. You are really out doing yourself with the mixes from last week and this week. As I type this, the Changes--vocal Rmx is playing in my ear. I feel the urge to climb the wall and dance on the ceiling. I have not been to a club in years, but I may need to visit one of your sets. Too bad I will be in Alaska on business during your Toronto gig, but I wish I could be there. Best of Luck on that.

girard1991 ...wazzup man... yes u r successful in making me jealous for downloadin both the sets....i succuessfully got the first part of lars thanks to podcast.......i have lost hope on all second hours...but thanks for feelin 4 me though ....appreciate dat........ regardin torrents... i have bit comet....torrents r this links on the website when u click on them u need to hav a torrent software like bitcomet and others that will download the file that u clicked on the website...maybe lars can explain that better.....

ps. lars i liked playin 4 the city..its was nice...i have heard some more tracks of them....the last track comin out on deeper shades recording was good too.... i wonder hav u ever heard da sunlounge their track kalled "1972"..thats DOPE TOO IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN........

ps2 - lars one last question to u....man u listen to so many deep tracks ...how the hell can u be sober man???? with so many grooves to deal with if i had to do that man.... i probably would be dead cuz of overdose of weed and alcohol....heheh.... thanks for bringin out the show to us brother.... if god wishes i pray i will one day come to check out your gig .......amen... hope i will get some dope there for your dope tracks....hehhehehe........ pls do something about the 2nd hour lars.....my heart is broken.....

LB you've done it again my brother. #256 is another mix that will be gettin alot of burn in my ipod. From about the 32nd minute on it gets serious (not sayin the first 1/2 wasn't). The last joint ya played definitely has that NYC flavor we famous for!!! Next time ya in NYC i'll be there, peace and keep it funky!!!

I see I'm not the only one who agreed that this was a very dope mix. Out of all the good house mixes I've downloaded, this one is the best. The mixes surrounding this one (#254 on up to #257) were also good - this one stands out. The track 'Playing 4 tha City' is one of the best house tracks I've heard in my relatively young years being a house head.

I've got a long way to go, but this show helps bring me both a global history of house as well as what's playing currently. I hope the show and this website continues on for a very long time; to this end my freeloading @$$ will have to start donating soon...
