TMM is a website featuring interviews with different artists regarding the tools they use to produce music, DJ or do other things which define them.
The most recent article is an interview with yours truly and is especially interesting to those who have been curious for some time about all the things you can see me using in my live videos , what I use to produce and remix tracks and even what is involved in maintaining this website. I'm also getting into why I really like my Vestax R-1 DJ mixer.

Like every year the 26th International Dance Music Awards (IDMA) are about to come around in March 2011. The IDMAs, held during WMC, generate some two million votes per year and I'd like to ask all fans of the DEEPER SHADES OF HOUSE radio show to please vote for it in the BEST PODCAST category.

I've been thinking about redoing DeeperShades.net for a minute and I'm slowly putting it together.
Already picked out a new template, thinking about & researching new features, but also want to get rid off some of the clutter you're currently witnessing on the main site. It'll be a process which might happen gradually since I'll do it all myself but the positive side is that I'll be able to add things on the fly and accommodate all members and listen to suggestions.
It'd be great if you leave a short comment on this post letting me know what you like about this website and what would make it better. I truly appreciate your input / suggestions and will try to make happen what is feasible. Thank You!
In the recent weeks more and more people downloading from places mostly outside the US have been mentioning (some have also been complaining :) problems with their downloaded files not being complete or looping after all kinds of times within the hour.
The server has been really hit hard in the recent weeks. It seems more people are hearing about the show and I'm right now serving roughly 2,2 TB of data in form of 50.000 downloads a month only to podcast subscribers and another est. 30.000 direct downloads from this site. In order to maintain the server resources necessary I am right now paying an average of us$160,- / month out of my own pocket.

I did change something in the settings today and am hoping it improves the problems a little bit but in case it doesn't, I would like you to comment on this post describing your particular situation, so I can figure out what else could be wrong.

{xtypo_alert}If you do try to download again, please make sure you empty your browser cache, close out of the browser and restart before attempting to download again. Otherwise the incomplete download will stop at the exact time!
I also suggest to download only one file at a time and meanwhile try to use your internet connection as little as possible if your connection is slow to begin with.
